Hurricane lantern Feuerhand, galvanized

The Feuerhand hurricane lantern has been built in Germany for over 100 years. It owes its continued success to a technical detail: the sophisticated air flow. The lantern supplies the oxygen for combustion from the side and from above – hidden in the frame. Openings in the sieve plate and in the inner chimney provide an additional flow of fresh air that is protected against gusts of wind.
