With the MTN Trainer Lite Mid you can move faster and easier on any terrain, and it also offers optimal performance on rocks. Its very durable, yet lightweight TPU-coated upper features suede inserts for better stability and is combined with a GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort lining for lasting waterproofing without compromising breathable comfort. The unique mid-height boot last construction features our patented 3F system, which connects the shaft area, sole and heel to ensure a comfortable, supportive and flexible fit. This is further supported by the shock-absorbing EVA midsole for lasting rebound.

The shoe is equipped with a flexible ankle shaft, a heel stabilizer and a rubber toe cap for additional stability and protection. It allows your foot unrestricted freedom of movement and optimal support at the same time. Featuring a climbing shoe lacing system up to the toe area that can be precisely adjusted for greater precision on technical terrain. Underfoot, the outsole ensures reliable grip thanks to the Pomoco rubber compound and tread pattern with deep lugs and notches, as well as the versatility needed to be used on a variety of terrain types, from mud and grass to rock, ice and snow.
