The viavesto Sewing Workshop

Like all other viavesto® products, the Senhor Eanes hats are also crafted in our sewing workshop near Porto, Portugal. All materials come from Portugal, except for the zippers, which we source from Thuringia.

Maximum comfort on every adventure: Thanks to the innovative viavesto® ventilation system, you’ll enjoy a pleasantly cool feel even on hot days. All our garments feature high-quality Coolmax Mesh® from DuPont. This ensures that the fabric doesn’t rest directly against your skin—creating a cooling microclimate that effectively protects you from the heat. The special mesh material absorbs moisture and uses the natural cooling effect of evaporation to provide noticeable relief from the heat. As a result, the inside of the fabric always stays cooler than the outside, while your skin remains dry and pleasantly fresh. This cooling effect is further enhanced in our shirts and Dias pants, which feature additional ventilation zippers.
