The thermoformed back pad offers a good wearing comfort and adapts perfectly to the back. Inside the backpack, an aluminum frame transfers the load to the hip belt. The hip belt is adjusted using a practical pull-forward system, and the shoulder straps are anatomically shaped.

There are compression straps on the sides, which can be used to give the backpack a compact shape. They are also used to attach sleeping mats or other bulky equipment. With its daisy chains, the front of the backpack offers enough options for attaching additional equipment. Ice ax or trekking poles also find their place on the outside of the Backcountry 55.
